IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: Mobile Protection has been removed from all Small Business Solutions subscriptions (Essential/Premium/Ultimate Business Security) due to low adoption. The mobile devices with the subscriptions activated are reverted to the free version. Small Office Protection subscriptions are not affected at this time.

Wi-Fi Speed Test (Check Speed) option checks the download and upload speed of the Wi-Fi network that you are connected to.

To run the test, go to Menu (three horizontal lines: ☰ ) in the top left corner of theAvast Mobile Security UI and choose Wi-Fi Speed Test.

If you first run a network check using Network Inspector for Android , the Scan Wi-Fi tile on the app's main screen will change to Check Speed, taking you directly to Wi-Fi Speed Test.

The app will start testing the network automatically. Once the speed test is complete, the resulting download and upload speeds of the connected Wi-Fi network will show on the screen.
