Content Filtering Reports

Partner Level and Self-Managed

These reports are available to Partners and self-managed users only. As this service is not available for macOS devices, these reports will not display any information for such devices in your network.

Content Filtering Activity

Can show up to 3 months of data and is filterable by device, policy, time frame, and URL access status. The report includes the following information:

• Device information when the activity occurred:
  • Name
  • Device Group
  • IP Address
  • User Name
• Category & subcategory of the website
• URL domain of the website
• Action taken by the content filter
• The number of blocked, allowed, or warned attempts to the URL

URL Access Report

Can be filtered by organization, time frame and filter. This detailed report will display the name of the device, the device group, IP address, user logged in along with the website name, access time and the Content Filtering action.

URL Category Groups

Can be filtered by time frame and displays a bar graph showing the number of blocked, warned, or allowed attempts made for each category group during the time specified.
