Features
Selectable Backup
Choose exactly what you would like to back up, defined by file type, folder destination, and/or file size. You can also choose to exclude data you do not need to back up.
Internet Speed
You can schedule backups to occur during non-work hours to prevent negative impacts on internet speed and employee productivity.
Simple Deployment
Once the Avast Business agent is installed on a device (which occurs when you add a device to your network), you can remotely deploy the Cloud Backup service from the Portal. You also have the option to send out an email with installation instructions, or download a .exe/.msi installer.
Automatic Encryption
Files in transit and in storage are automatically protected with AES 256-bit encryption.
Cloud Storage
All backups are stored in the cloud and are accessible from anytime, anywhere.

Password Setup
If you would like to set a password for the Cloud Backup client on the end device, you can do so in the CloudCare portal.
- In the Account tab of the CloudCare portal, select the customer from the drop-down menu
- Under Account Information, click Services
- Under Data Protection Services - Cloud Backup, enter a password in the text box, then click Save
