Secure Internet Gateway (SIG) Licensing

IMPORTANT: The CloudCare console does not support opening multiple tabs in the same browser session. Please use multiple browsers or incognito mode instead.

 

Secure Internet Gateway (SIG) is only available for partners to request and provide to their customers. Partners are also responsible for providing direct technical support to end users.

Requesting Access

To request access to Secure Internet Gateway, do the following:

  1. In CloudCare, select the customer you would like to offer SIG to from the Customer drop-down menu
  2. Navigate to the Account tab
  3. Click Services in the left-hand navigation pane
  4. Scroll to the Secure Internet Gateway section
  5. Click Request Service

The request will be routed to your Account Manager, who will set up a demo of the product for you or your customer before the transaction completes.

Licensing SIG

These options will be available when you have already requested access to the service using the steps above. To license Secure Internet Gateway, do the following:

  1. In CloudCare, select the customer you would like to offer SIG to from the Customer drop-down menu
  2. Navigate to the Account tab
  3. Click Services in the left-hand navigation pane
  4. Scroll to the Secure Internet Gateway section
  5. Select the Service Edition you would like to offer
  6. Select the Subscription you would like to offer
  7. Enter the domain name and number of users you would like to protect
  8. Click Add to Cart
  9. Complete the transaction and begin setting up SIG
