Viewing and Altering Licenses

- Avast Business On-Premise Console
The Subscriptions page displays valuable information about your Avast Business Antivirus and Patch Management subscription(s) and gives you the tools to manage your protection.
The highlighted boxes on the page indicate which levels of protection you have for your network. For each level of protection, you can see how many subscriptions you have Available, and how many are currently Used or Active.
Expiration Dates
Hub
To see when your proteection expires, see the date noted in the box, which should say something like Ends on Month Day, Year.
On-Premise Console
To see when your protection expires, see the date next to Expiring in the boxes. Your protection expires after this date. If this says Multiple, click on the link to see the different subscriptions’ expiration dates. To see your auto-renewal status, see the status next to Auto-renewal.

Buying Additional Seats
Business Hub
- On the Subscriptions page, locate the license you would like to buy more seats for
- Click the three dots beside the subscription, then click Cover more devices
- If you have multiple subscriptions for the same level of protection, select the particular license you are adding seats to
- Enter the number of seats you would like to add
- Complete your purchase
On-Premise Console
- On the Subscriptions page, locate the license you would like to buy more seats for
- Click Subscribe more devices
- If you have multiple subscriptions for the same level of protection, select the particular license you are adding seats to
- Enter the number of seats you would like to add
- Complete your purchase
Uploading an Activation Code
Business Hub
- On the Subscriptions page, click your subscription code at the top right
- Click Enter activation code
- Type your activation code
- Click Use code
On-Premise Console
- On the Subscriptions page, click Got activation code? at the top right
- Type your activation code
- Click Activate
Freeing up seats
Each device with activated services uses one seat on the subscription.
- On the Devices page, click More (three dots) beside the device you need to remove
- Click Remove and Uninstall
- Click Remove and Uninstall again in the dialog box to confirm
- The device status will be set as “Uninstalling”; however, if it cannot connect to the Console to confirm its status, it will not be removed from the Console
- Click More → Remove and Uninstall again to fully remove the device and free the seat it was using
