Activating Licenses

CloudCare does not utilize activation codes the same way other Avast Business products do. Partners purchase licenses that they can then assign to their customers to use in their networks.

Partners can edit customers' Services from the Account tab. Select a customer from the Customer Drop-down Menu. Then navigate to the Account tab and click Services in the left-hand navigation pane. Direct users can edit their own Services from the Account tab. Navigate to the Account tab, then click Services in the left-hand navigation pane.

For each service, you will be able to view the subscription type, and for all except Cloud Backup you can change the type by clicking Convert Subscription. You will also see the applied discount, if any, and the number of seats available under the subscription. If you make any changes in this section, be sure to click Save.
